Refreshing, tasty and healthy this smoothie is the best decision for breakfast or post-exercise snack.
Ingredients:
4 green apples, peeled, cored
1 lemon, juiced
2 cups cold water
220g Greek yogurt
1 celery stick, chopped
2 tbsp honey
ice
Method:
Step 1
Whizz apples and lemon juice in a blender. Add celery, water, yogurt and honey until well combined and smooth. Add more water if it is too thick.
Step 2
Serve immediately in a glass with ice and a straw.
