3/4 cup ground carrot (1 enormous carrot)
1/2 cup solidified stripped orange fragments
1/2 banana, cut and solidified
1/2 cup low-fat Greek yogurt
1 teaspoon nectar
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla concentrate
1/2 cup coconut water
